Pricing questions

Are there any setup or monthly fees?

No. Opening a store is free and there is no monthly subscription. You only pay commission on completed sales.

What is the payment gateway fee?

Our payment partners charge a small fee to process each payment. KasiRoots passes it on at cost, with no markup.

When do I get paid?

Earnings are held for up to 7 days after payment, or until the buyer confirms delivery. Cleared earnings are paid into your bank account every Monday.

Is there a minimum payout?

Yes, R50. If your cleared balance is lower, it rolls over to the following Monday.

Who pays for delivery?

The buyer pays the delivery fee at checkout, based on the option they choose from the ones you offer.
