Shipping & Delivery
Every store chooses which delivery options it offers. You pick the one that suits you at checkout and see the exact delivery cost before you pay.
Sellers ship within 3 business days of payment, unless their store says otherwise.
The seller adds a tracking number, which appears on your order page with a link to track it.
Most deliveries take 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and where you are.
Mark the order as received so the seller gets paid. If something is wrong, report it instead.
Typical prices and times. Prices depend on parcel size and may vary by store, and some sellers use their own courier. The final cost is always shown at checkout.

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Some sellers let you collect your order for free. After you pay, use the chat on your order page to agree on a time and a safe, public place to meet.
First check the tracking link on your order and message the seller. If the order hasn't arrived within the delivery time, or it arrived damaged, open the order and click Report an Issue within 30 days. Your payment stays on hold until it's resolved. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.
Most items can be returned within 14 days. The seller pays return shipping if the item was faulty, damaged or wrong. You pay it if you changed your mind. See our Refund Policy.
